Organisations which have implemented a climate for diversity and inclusion are able to achieve higher levels of innovation, creativity and performance. Still, many employers struggle to create an environment where LGBTIQ+ can be authentic at work. In this webinar, we will talk about the most predominant myths around coming out at work and highlight what employers can do to create an LGBTIQ+ inclusive work climate.

About the speaker

Kerstin Alfes is a Professor in Organisation and Human Resource Management at ESCP Business School, Campus Berlin. In her research and teaching Kerstin focuses on analysing employee motivation at work and on understanding how organisations can develop HR practices which create inclusive climates at work. Kerstin is the Academic Director of ESCP Business School’s LGBTIQ+ Leadership Programme.
