Foto & filming

At Employers for Equality, snapshot photographs and films are regularly taken and published in various sections and media.
These shoots are linked to the pictorial representation of persons present, whereby the selection of persons is more or less random. A display of the images will be made on our homepage, print media and social media channels.

By entering the event grounds and the event rooms, the person present consents to the free publication in the aforementioned manner, without the need for an express declaration by the person concerned. Should the person concerned not agree to the publication of his or her person in individual cases, we request that he or she notify the photographer responsible for finding the motif immediately.

If the person in question does not agree to the publication of a photographic image of him or her that has already been published, please notify us immediately by e-mail, telephone or post, stating the exact name of the image in question. In this case, the image will be removed and no further publication will take place within a reasonable period of time according to the rubric.
