In diesem Insight werden Begriffe, die häufig im Zusammenhang mit geschlechtlicher Vielfalt verwendet werden, wie inter*, trans*, divers und abinär, erläutert. Welche Erfahrungen machen trans* und abinäre Personen im Alltag? Welche Herausforderungen und Chancen ergeben sich durch geschlechtliche Vielfalt im Arbeitsumfeld? Welche neuen Hindernisse kommen in der Zukunft auf uns zu? Dafür werden wir die strukturellen Bedingungen beleuchten, die die Inklusion von trans* und abinären Mitarbeiter*innen erschweren. Wir werden konkrete Maßnahmen diskutieren, die Unternehmen und Mitarbeitende ergreifen können, um ein inklusives Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen. Né Fink wird aufzeigen, wie geschlechtliche Vielfalt im Arbeitsalltag – sei es in der schriftlichen Kommunikation, in Formularen oder im persönlichen Kontakt – berücksichtigt werden kann. Der Insight bietet Impulse für einen selbstverständlichen und kompetenten Umgang mit dem Thema. Am Ende des Insights wird ausreichend Zeit für Fragen und Diskussionen eingeplant.

Über das Format:

Die Teilnehmer*innen erhalten in unseren Insights einen fundierten Überblick über das Thema und werden für die Herausforderungen mit Hilfe von Praxisbeispielen sensibilisiert. Alle unsere Insights sind interaktiv – kleine Übungen oder ein kurzer Austausch mit anderen Teilnehmenden sind häufig Bestandteil. In einer Q&A Session werden die vorgestellten Inhalte reflektiert und Fragen beantwortet.

 

Über Né Fink (dey / deren):

Né Fink ist Diversity Trainer mit einem Fokus auf geschlechtliche Vielfalt und Systemischer Berater. Dey (Pronomen) ist seit 2020 als Trainer und Berater selbständig und hat einen Master in Gender & Ethnicity. Né hat vielfältige Praxisbezüge: Verwaltung, Leitung von Beratungsstellen, Lehre und hat zwei Jahre das Projekt „Unterstützung von trans* Studierenden“ an der Georg-August-Universität Göttingen koordiniert. Né hat durch die Arbeit mit verschiedenen Unternehmen und durch die Begleitung von Teams wertvolle Einblicke in die Herausforderungen und Themen gewonnen, mit denen trans* und nichtbinäre Mitarbeiter*innen und ihr professionelles Umfeld konfrontiert sind. Ehrenamtlich engagiert sich Né in der Trans*- und Angehörigen-Beratung im Queeren Zentrum in Göttingen.

This Insight explains terms that are often used in connection with gender diversity, such as inter*, trans*, diverse and abinary. What experiences do trans* and abinary people have in everyday life? What challenges and opportunities arise from gender diversity in the working environment? What new obstacles will we face in the future? To this end, we will shed light on the structural conditions that make the inclusion of trans* and abinary employees more difficult. We will discuss concrete measures that companies and employees can take to create an inclusive working environment. Né Fink will show how gender diversity can be taken into account in everyday working life – be it in written communication, in forms or in personal contact. The Insight offers impulses for dealing with the topic in a natural and competent way. At the end of the Insight, there will be enough time for questions and discussions.

In our Insights, participants receive a sound overview of the topic and are sensitised to the challenges with the help of practical examples. All our Insights are interactive – small exercises or a short exchange with other participants are often part of the programme. In a Q&A session, the content presented is reflected upon and questions are answered.

Né Fink is a diversity trainer with a focus on gender diversity and a systemic consultant. Dey (pronoun) has been self-employed as a trainer and consultant since 2020 and has a Master’s degree in Gender & Ethnicity. Né has a wide range of practical experience: Administration, management of counselling centres, teaching and has coordinated the project ‘Support of trans* students’ at the Georg-August-University Göttingen for two years. Né has gained valuable insights into the challenges and issues faced by trans* and non-binary employees and their professional environment by working with various companies and supporting teams. Né volunteers in trans* and family counselling at the Queer Centre in Göttingen.
