About the format:

In our trainings participants receive an intense and particularly practical learning experience. The trainers impart knowledge and guide processes of self-reflection around diversity, equity & inclusion. Complex questions are explored in depth and the knowledge gained is applied to the participants‘ own (corporate) context.

About Olla Jongerius (she/her):

Olla is a Founder of DEI Consultancy BeamReach Inclusion which helps companies and organizations embrace the culture of Diversity & Inclusion, create a common understanding & drive business results.

Olla is Russian-born, New Zealand-raised, Europe-educated, with a wealth of experience in DEI, Learning & Development, training, coaching, mentoring, facilitation, community building, C-level corporate management; and hands-on experience in working & living in eight countries.

Olla is also a visiting Lecturer on the topics of Diversity and Inclusion, Community Building and Communication Across Cultures at ESMT Business School, GISMA and SRH University.
