Target group: Everybody who would like to gain basic knowledge on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.

Content: 

In this interactive training participants are sensitized to various diversity topics. 

The training is suitable for anyone who has had no or very little contact with diversity. 

The following topics are covered interactively in this training: 

• Diversity dimensions
• Definitions around diversity topics
• Business case for diversity
• Unconscious bias

Participants are encouraged to self-reflect and apply the concepts in practice. Practical exercises bring diversity issues closer to the reality of their own lives and provide inspiration for everyday professional life.

 

About the format:

In our trainings participants receive an intense and particularly practical learning experience. The trainers impart knowledge and guide processes of self-reflection around diversity, equity & inclusion. Complex questions are explored in depth and the knowledge gained is applied to the participants‘ own (corporate) context.

About Anastasiya Matchanka (she/her):

Nastya Matchanka is a certified diversity trainer and proven group facilitator who brings her experience from different countries as well as from working in intercultural teams. At Employers for Equality, she works at the interface between program planning and partner management.
