About Inka Kretschmer (she/her):

For almost 20 years, Inka Kretschmer has been supporting both established and young organizations as a coach and consultant in developing their leaders and building strength-based organisational cultures. She previously worked as a journalist abroad for many years, living in China for seven years and in the UK for almost ten years. Her experience helps her to understand situations in their entirety  and from a wide range of perspectives as well as to communicate them to others.
