The quota is only one instrument among many to achieve parity in leadership positions, recruiting processes or promotion structures. With Katrin Terwiel we will talk to an absolute expert in this field: Together with Katrin we will discuss how we can establish quotas within our organizational structure. When we talk about opportunities and risks of data-based diversity management, we also have to consider legal and intercultural differences in data collection. We are very much looking forward to an interactive exchange with Katrin and many best practices from our various member companies.

About Katrin Terwiel (she/her):

Katrin Terwiel is a Business Psychologist and Psychotherapist. Since September 2021 she works as Vice President DE&I at Deutsche Telekom. Since February 2023 she shares this leadership position as a tandem with Ayse Semiz-Ewald. Now Katrin is also part-time self employed as coach, consultant and keynote speaker around DE&I and health topics. She is also Podcast host of the show “Deep Shit Talks”, which is a German Psychology Podcast.
